What are the Educator AI Bootcamps?
The Microsoft Educator AI Bootcamps are part of a specialized training program designed to empower educators and faculty from higher-education institutions, technical colleges, and other post-secondary schools. Its primary goal is to equip these educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to integrate AI-related training into their courses and programs of study.
The bootcamps follow a "train-the-trainer" model, where educators become proficient in fundamental AI and machine learning concepts. By participating in this program, educators contribute to preparing students for the AI-driven job market and empower them with essential tech skills.
Key Objectives of the MSLE AI Bootcamps
Integrate AI Skills
Educators learn how to seamlessly incorporate AI skills development into their existing curricula. Specifically, they focus on two essential Microsoft courses: AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals and AI-102: Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution.
Azure AI Tools and Technologies
Participants gain proficiency in using Azure AI tools and technologies. This knowledge enables them to effectively teach and guide students in understanding AI concepts and applications.
Guided Curriculum Integration
The bootcamp provides guidance on integrating AI content into their teaching materials. Educators learn how to structure and deliver AI-related content effectively.
Credentialing in AI
Educators receive guidance on obtaining credentials related to AI. This ensures that they stay up-to-date and can validate their expertise in this rapidly evolving field.

Microsoft Copilot Prompt-a-Thon for School Leaders
This comprehensive course will introduce educators and faculty to Microsoft Copilot, highlighting its potential as a game-changer in educational settings. It will provide practical strategies for implementing AI at scale safely and securely.

MSLE Cybersecurity and AI Bootcamp
This three-session training course is designed to provide educators and faculty with the knowledge and skills to include cybersecurity and AI-related training in their courses and programs of study. It trains educators and faculty on how to best deliver the Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate courses to enhance or develop a cybersecurity and AI training program to empower students with the job skills needed to succeed in an AI-driven job market.

MSLE Foundational AI Bootcamp
This course is an instructor-led program designed to equip educators with foundational knowledge and practical experience in AI. Delivered by Microsoft Training Services Partners, this bootcamp covers key areas such as computer vision, natural language processing, and generative AI using Azure services. Participants gain access to Microsoft Official Courseware and interactive labs, enabling them to integrate AI concepts into their curricula effectively.

MSLE Generative AI Bootcamp
This course is a one-day session designed to empower K-12 and higher education educators with the skills to integrate Generative AI into their teaching practices. Participants will learn to create syllabi, lesson plans, quizzes, assignments, and grading rubrics using AI tools. The bootcamp includes effective prompting techniques, collaborative projects, and access to teaching resources through the MSLE program. By the end of the session, educators will be equipped to make learning more interactive and impactful.
