Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Role and Responsibilities

We seek a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team. As a company that runs on EOS, you will act as an EOS Integrator, managing all aspects of our organization, especially operations, talent acquisition, and leadership. This role is crucial for our ambitious growth plans and requires a leader who can drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
Develop and implement operational protocols to support our growth objectives.
Lead the hiring process for key roles to support growth.
Build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Drive the execution of our programs and channel organization initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a COO or similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, marketing, etc.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects and teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is highly desirable.
Enthusiastic about driving a successful organization to exponential growth.

Additional Information

Location: Remote (Hybrid) based work - Atlanta area preferred for occasional in-person meetings.

Hours: Full-time position (40 hrs/wk)

Pay: Starting at $150K/year + Bonus
