Instructional Designer

Job Role and Responsibilities

Are you a tech-savvy educational fanatic ready to take on the challenge of innovator, researcher, and content creator? pro•duhk•tiv is looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop learning and practicing programs.

Create compelling course content and engaging exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product
Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
Work with subject matter experts and clients to identify target audience training needs
Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them
Devise modes of assessment to measure the effectiveness of courses
Maintain project documentation, data, and course folders

Required Skills

Previous working experience in instructional design - one to three years of experience preferred
Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Ability to write compelling copy, instructional text, audio, and video scripts
Visual design skills
Lesson planning and project management skills
Basic HTML understand is a plus

Additional Information

Location: Remote based work - Atlanta area preferred for occasional in-person meetings.

Hours: Full-time position (40 hrs/wk)

Pay: $49,000-$70,000 based on experience
