Microsoft Instructional Skills Certification Course
Learn the delivery and communication skills needed to become a dynamic trainer.
How the course works
The course is delivered over the course of two weeks in a blended learning format, combining live instructor meetings with digital, on-demand content. This is a flexible and adaptive method that enables learners to engage in both in-person and remote learning activities.
The course is delivered primarily through an online learning management system, where students have access to the course materials -- content, pre-recorded videos, and interactive resources.
Alongside the on-demand content, students will participate in two scheduled live, virtual meetings with the instructor during the two weeks. These one-hour meetings are usually held on the first two consecutive Mondays of the month at 1 PM (EST). During these meetings, the instructor will briefly review content and give you, as the learner, time to engage in real-time discussions, ask questions, and receive feedback.
At the end of the two weeks, students are asked to show their skills by creating a short (5-10 minute) video presenting a topic of their choice. They will then receive feedback from an MCT.
Interested in having this course in-person? Let us know! We would love to discuss this option for groups of five or more.

See what our learners are saying...
God bless pro•duhk•tiv! Your training was phenomenal, the best I have had, and [I] would love to be your evangelist in spreading your good work to others. Thank you: your passion, dedication, and diligence were visible at every step of the training, and I am so lucky I found you!
Thank you for the great learning experience you have developed for us.
I really like the way you organize your course... it's fun, lighthearted, we can learn at our own pace, and magically I did take away a lot of lessons (ie. adult learners, establish credibility, walk the room, etc.). I'll be recommending the course to some of our other colleagues...
This is the perfect course, nicely structured and easy to follow. I can recommend [to] anyone intending to be [an] MCT.
The pro•duhk•tiv team is great and very easy to work with.
The content is great. The content on adult learning and communication skills is invaluable. I would like to send others from my organization, who are not MCT candidates, through this training.
